1cCherries, dark; sweet*
2tbBasil, chopped fresh
1tbGreen pepper, finely chopped
1tsLemon juice
1/4tsWorcestershire sauce
1/4tsLemon peel, grated
1/8tsSalt
1/8tsTabasco Sauce

Pit and chop the fresh OR frozen dark sweet cherries and combine with all other ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve as a condiment with chicken; turkey or pork. Yield: 3/4 cup.
